Why use animal physiotherapy?
As in human medicine when injury or disease occurs physiotherapy plays an important roll in restoring mobility and function. Through the application of massage, joint and soft tissue manipulation, accompanied by the implementation of Electro Physical Agents (EPA’s) we can promote and facilitate the body’s natural healing process to restore normal movement and function.
What an Animal Physiotherapist can do for dogs or horses?

- Reduce pain
- Reduce inflammation
- Promote, facilitate and optimise the body’s natural healing processes
- Provide appropriate exercise plans to rehabilitate your animal by building strength, promoting joint health and increasing range of movement.
- Work alongside your vet and other professionals to provide your animal with the best possible outcome.
